Understanding the value of an organisational unit that a senior manager has recently taken over is essential to improving the performance of that function in a way that is clearly understood by the wider management team. Our approach firstly will benchmark the current value of the unit after which it will identify and support the execution of a series of measures that drive the corporate value of the unit to its highest potential given the pre-existing model in four key areas of Markets, Operations, Product and Financials.

The existing value of a major corporation can be undermined or may under perform where is there is a change in the market conditions in which the unit operates. This may either be as a result of commoditising action, global and cheaper competition or new products/methods that will provide greater opportunity. Our approach starts by benchmarking the current value and then through application of the method, assessing the value of
the change along with support in the execution of a series of measures that extract maximum corporate value from the change.
Where Principals wish to exit in full or part from the company
Most exit plans tend to be put into place too late and focus on finding an exit route. Our approach is used to position the company in such a way as to ensure that the maximum corporate value is created over a period of between 6 and 18 months such that at the point of exit best price is achieved. Our approach is used to benchmark that value initially and then define/support the execution of a plan that maximizes the corporate value of the client such that the funding terms achieved are best in class.
